When a VXT user finishes a phone call our Actionstep integration allows them to save details from that call as a file note and a time entry in Actionstep.
Actionstep has resolved the issue described below as of 1:32 PM on Tuesday 26th November NZDT. 🥳
As far as we can tell, Actionstep released an update to their API sometime around the morning of Tuesday 26th November NZDT that caused it to break time entry creation. Integration partners like VXT use Actionstep's API to perform tasks in Actionstep on behalf of a user as a part of our integrations.
📢 We have urgently escalated this issue with the Actionstep's engineering team and are awaiting a response.
Saving a call to a matter as a file note without a time entry will still work, but before you can save the call you must click the X button in the top right hand corner of the time entry.
