• International calling to high-cost destinations.
  • To support calls to higher-cost countries we have introduced a tiered pricing system for international calls, which we announced here. ‍
• Conference calls going to voicemail.
  • If you add someone to a conference call but they don't answer, you are now able to leave a voicemail for them.
• Caller ID bulk additions.
  • ‍If you have a large list of caller ID's you want to use in a Caller ID node in a call flow, you can now paste them as a comma separated list of phone numbers.

• Transcriptions of calls can now be requested from the Records page
• Only international (outbound) calls will be displayed in the Admin → Billing → Usage tab under the International outbound selector, instead of showing all outbound calls.

• Show client names in matter search results for legal integrations. Where supported by our legal integrations we now display client names on matters in matter search results.
• Shareable links for text messages with attachments. When we save MMS to integrations they'll now include a link so you can find the MMS and the attached files in VXT more easily.
• Summaries in integration notes. AI call summaries will be included in the notes you save to integrations when you save your call.
• Proration emails. Next time you receive an invoice for adding a user or number, OR a credit for removing a user or number we'll send you additional details so it's easier to understand what has happened.‍
