Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at VXT, you'll play a crucial role in our growth by identifying and engaging with ideal target customers, nurturing relationships, and laying the foundation for future sales success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough research to identify potential customers, understanding their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
  • Implementing multi-channel outreach strategies, including email, cold calling, and social media, to initiate contact with prospects and generate interest in VXT's software.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with leads who may not be ready to purchase immediately, nurturing them through personalized follow-ups, and providing valuable insights to guide their decision-making process.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to help us grow faster.
  • Your objective in the role would be to have ideal target customers accept invitations to demo meetings with our account executive team who meet with customers, show them the software and close deals.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience is required for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects through various channels.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation includes base salary, commission and stock options.
  • Annual offsites with the team, featuring exciting destinations such as Queenstown and Fiji.
