Responsibilities:

In this role you would work directly with the CEO and our management accountants.

• Payroll
  • Managing salaries and paying staff
• Forecasting
  • Annual budgeting
  • Cashflow management
  • Support from Oxygen Advisors, our management accountants. Oxygen Advisors are the pre-eminent startup accountants in New Zealand and VXT is one of their fastest growing clients.
• Accounts
  • Receivables
  • Payables
• Investor relations
  
  • Meeting potential investors and negotiating deals
  • Preparing financial documents for investor due diligence
  • Reporting to existing investors
• Insurance
  • Arranging global insurances for our legal entities

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years in a related role.
• Undergraduate degrees in finance or a related field.
