Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Software Engineer at VXT, you will be responsible for frontend and backend software development.
- Manage the development of features, product changes, and broader projects from scoping through to production.
- Actively contribute to team discussions, share insights, and mentor junior engineers to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Collaborate with individuals inside and outside of the engineering team to identify experimental product changes that might benefit the company.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative.
- Experience with JavaScript is required.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software engineering.
